Our goal is that all employees go home in the same condition they came to work. Each month, we highlight a culture fundamental that is meant to remind us of serious hazards and our individual responsibility to protect ourselves and those around us from harm.
We strongly believe that our employee team is our greatest asset
Monthly Life Saving Rules (LSRs) serve as consistent reminders of individual responsibilities to keep every single employee safe. LSRs are communicated monthly throughout our manufacturing facilities, to office employees, and to at-home teams as reminders that staying safe in the workplace – no matter the environment – needs to stay front of mind and take precedence in all that we do.
Employees undergo site-specific and job-specific safety training
We know that manufacturing environments pose active risk, so we provide hands-on safety training at each site and for each job function. Training guidelines are documented in site certifications to ensure consistency and repeatability.
