Effective February 5, 2024, the company will merge with Orbia Polymer Solutions (Alphagary) to reflect its ownership and integration within the Orbia portfolio of businesses.
Sylvin Technologies Inc. was acquired by Orbia Polymer Solutions (Alphagary) in 2018, strengthening the business’ expertise in PVC compound application development. While the legal name, Sylvin Technologies Inc., will remain unchanged, the rebranding reflects a strategic alignment with the broader vision and goals of Orbia.
